IM-1335
(Solid Tumor Antibody-Drug Candidate)

IM-1335 is a potential best-in-class ADC for the treatment of solid tumors. While a prior ADC against the same target showed clinical activity, it was ultimately discontinued. We believe this failure was the result of specific limitations arising from the design of that ADC, and we designed IM-1335 to overcome those limitations. The result is an ADC that shows efficacy in preclinical models of solid tumors. An initial study in non-human primates found toxicity consistent with the TOP1 payload class, suggesting a wide therapeutic window.
