(Solid Tumor Antibody-Drug Candidate)

IM-1340 targets a transport receptor with a unique tumor expression profile that spans both neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and other solid tumors. This target is known to promote tumor growth by accelerating proliferation, cell cycle progression, and migration of cancer cells. IM-1340 has demonstrated robust preclinical efficacy, with evidence of regressions following a single dose in in vivo tumor models representing both NETs (e.g. small cell lung cancer) and other solid tumors (e.g., NSCLC, pancreatic, and prostate cancer). An initial study in non-human primates found toxicity consistent with the TOP1 payload class, suggesting a wide therapeutic window.
